I dealt with Ken the most, he is very polite and helpful. He was prompt to reply to my messages and the car work that... was needed was done without delay. My only issue with them is that they fixed a window in my car that had collapsed without doing a thorough check to see if there were other issues with it that needed to be addressed. They fixed what was visible only but then realised that there was a bigger issue with it which was going to cost me another $1000 on top of the $900+ I had already spent fixing it in the first place. I have been using this service for the past 15yrs from the time the previous owner Rob Sheen was running his Lane Cove... business, when Rob retired Car Beauty Salon bought over the business but they have kept the service to the same top high level standard and have even expanded their service line and their operations.Having a few cars in the family, I have had to use CBS smash repairs a few times. This was my first driving accident and Ken and his team at Car Beauty Salon couldn’t have supported me better. Their... level of professionalism is unbelievable and their customer service is excellent, with very prompt response time. They even offered me a ride home after dropping off my car.Ken helped me identify my scope of insurance coverage in fine detail. In my case, my insurance didn’t allow me to choose my repairer. Given its damage cost, I was not able to repair the car with Car Beauty Salon. However Ken and his team still supported with my quote and arrangement of transport of the vehicle to the nominated repairer with great care.They further notified me for extra beneficial information such as invoicing new tyres purchased from an external supplier - which I didn’t know at all!After this experience I am definitely going to add my choice of repairer option and will trust any future car repairs to Car Beauty Salon with absolute trust and confidence. They fitted an aftermarket bumper bar to my Tesla model S. They were highly professional and kept me informed every... step of the way. My car was returned spotless inside and out and both the seat and steering wheel had protective covers on them. The bar was generally of relatively poor quality and they needed a lot of work to bring to to a good substrate but the end result is amazing. It LOOKS OEM, the panel gaps are excellent, the colour match is perfect. I did not let them paint the bonnet and guards which they wanted to to blend in but even so, to my eye, superb!!I have no hesitation in recommending them.read more

Ken and Hori do an amazing job. My car had a serious and very visible key scratch on the driver's door which they made... look like new. They were patient and thorough when walking me through the options and the job was done quickly at a very reasonable price. They even sourced a new hazard button and installed with no trouble at all and buffed the paint on the boot. I feel like I have a new car! I could not recommend Car Beauty Salon more highly. I had 3 cars worked on by CBS. I was impressed with their end to end service. From coming out and giving me a quote to... doing the actual work and delivery of the vehicle. I was especially impressed by Satoshi san who took great care. 2 of my cars had Glass Coating and rims fixed and one had smash repair work done.I will be taking my cars back to them this year to get re-application on the glass coat.
